With summer upon us we wanted to walk through the options you have to control your wine shipment. Although the vast majority of boxes make it to our users safe and sound throughout the summer, if you want to take extra care of your shipment, you can do that!

All our wine currently ships from NY. Transit times vary from 1-2 business days for most of the East Coast to 3-5 business days for the West Coast. We offer these shipping options in the summer months (from June to August):

• UPS Ground: This is our standard shipping without any additional precautions for heat. No action is needed for this option.
• Add Ice Pack + Recyclable Insulated Box ($10): Add an insulated box made from all recyclable materials with an ice pack to your order to protect your wine on its way to you!

How to Add Ice Pack to Club Shipments

Once you're logged into your account, navigate to the Ice Pack + Recyclable Insulated Box product page and click "Add to existing subscription." Note that you must be logged in for this option to appear. When the pop-up comes up, click "Add" and wait for it to say the add-on is confirmed. From there you'll be good to go.
